The Firm
We have an amazing Partner opportunity working for undoubtedly one of the best law firms in London. This is a top 100 City style firm, known for their exceptional work and fascinating history.

They are market leading, advising clients on both contentious and non-contentious issues, and have an unrivalled amount of experience across Family, Mental Health and Children law.
Their industry knowledge and expertise sets them high above the rest. Specialisms include Private Wealth, Landed Estates, Trustees, Entrepreneurs and Family Offices.
The Role:
The firm is seeking a new Partner to join the team; the work and client base will be varied, making for an interesting role. You will develop the practice and build upon the affluent client base that the firm currently has, motivating and supporting the current team.
You may be a Senior Associate, who has some experience of managing a team looking for that springboard up to Partnership, you may be in a top-heavy department and have reached a glass ceiling. Equally, you may be a Partner looking to make a lateral move. You should have at least 7 years PQE in Family Law.
Most of your recent experience should be in privately funded matters. Ideally, you should have experience of mentoring and leading a team, although this isn't necessarily essential. You should be a personable, confident individual with the ability to build strong relationships with clients. It will be to your advantage if you have strong business development experience.
Salary is negotiable and dependent on background, plus an excellent benefits package.
