Legal Collections Handler.
A vacancy has arisen for a Legal Collections Advisor to join a multi award winning firm based in Stockport. You will be required to efficiently chase outstanding debt over the telephone in relation to credit hire and repair debt claims.
You will be able to efficiently chase outstanding debts by telephone, fax, letter and emails. You will liaise with other departments and employees, as appropriate, to ensure the efficiency of the recovery process. You will be able to develop good working relations with all contacts in order to meet customer and regulatory requirements. You will have a minimum of 6 months’ experience working within the insurance industry.
