EL PL Litigator

An established ABS structure are looking for another EL PL Litigator to Join their expanding EL PL team. The role will be based in Sheffield and would suit someone with a strong EL PL litigation background.

This EL/PL fee earner opportunity will see you dealing with a full litigated caseload of defendant EL/PL files. You will handle high quality EL/PL cases from inception to completion.

As an EL/PL litigator you will have:

-Excellent client care skills
-A proven track record of handling EL/PL files from inception to completion
-A minimum of 2 years litigation experience handling these files
-claimant and defendant experience will be considered.
