Corporate Associate - Hong Kong, Hong Kong

Leap29 are currently working closely with a leading international firm who are looking to hire into their Hong Kong corporate team. The firm have a leading presence across Asia and are a truly global law firm with the ability to offer progression and an excellent salary package. 

The firm are looking to speak with associates to work with their team of elite partners on a range of high level, general corporate matters. Ideally, my client are looking to speak with candidates who have the following experience:

-Strong corporate experience, including knowledge of M&A, IPO, capital markets and general rounded, international knowledge 

-An ability to work within a client facing role and within a collaborative environment 

-Hong Kong or common law qualified associate with a preference for candidates who have written and oral Chinese language skills 

-At least 2 years of PQE and a strong academic background
