This is a rare and attractive opportunity for an NQ, Junior or Mid-level Solicitor - up to 5 years' post-qualified - to join a small, full-service City firm's corporate practice.

This is chiefly a corporate transactions role and you will be expected to work on a full range of corporate transactions: share and business purchases, reorganisations, fund raisings, and so on. Candidates will be expected to show a solid understanding and technical knowledge of company law.
