Our client is a leading international law firm and their private equity practice is in need of an experienced corporate lawyer to join them on an ongoing basis, at short notice.

The private equity team advises their clients who include sponsors, investee companies and debt providers on matters including public and private buy-outs and buy-ins, leveraged transactions and capital transactions. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who have at least two years of experience to be given significant responsibility in providing principal support to the team.
