Responsibilities
- Representing children, parents and guardians in public law proceedings
- Placement orders and adoption
- Emergency protection orders
- Care and supervision orders
- Dealing with social services, schools, local authorities and other agencies
- Private law children matters
The Candidate
- Applications are encouraged from legal executives and solicitors with a minimum of three years’ PQE
- Membership of the Law Society Children Panel will be essential
- Technically proficient and commercially aware
- Strives for high standards in their work at all times
- A practical and proactive approach to solving problems
- The ability to provide first class communication and client care skills
