An award winning, Legal 500 law firm are looking for a Planning Solicitor to sit alongside their busy real estate team on a full time, permanent basis. The firm prides itself on being one of the world most dynamic, exciting and forward-thinking law firms internationally. Based in Solihull, the firm are looking for a Planning solicitor to complement their team of experts.
You will have a caseload of planning matters from a varied client base, including government bodies, banks and international developers, working alongside colleagues across the country advising clients on planning. Your caseload will include matter such as drafting planning provisions, negotiation of s106 agreements, portfolio acquisitions and disposals, planning applications and appeals and infrastructure projects. You must have a drive to learn and develop while offering your knowledge of the planning industry to the team, confidently working in a standalone position.
The ideal Planning Solicitor will:
- Qualified Solicitor with between 3-5 years PQE - Candidates with the relevant experience are also urged to apply
- Proven experience dealing with a caseload of non-contentious construction matters, from a varied client base
- Keen interest in planning law
