The firm is looking to recruit a banking & finance career Paralegal to join the banking & finance team on a long-term basis, particularly focusing on the real estate finance area.


Your new role
Your responsibilities will fall into two main areas: specific banking & finance duties and general administrative Paralegal duties. You will be responsible for providing transactional support to trainees and associates, you will assist with any specific Finance and Banking/Real Estate work. You will also be responsible for document reviewing, research tasks, administrative tasks and proof reading.


What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will hold a minimum 2:1 degree in Law (or an appropriate conversion). You will preferably have completed the LPC and have a minimum one year's relevant Finance and Banking/Real Estate Finance experience. You should have excellent administration and organisational skills, inducing diary management and good time keeping. Finally you should be able to work in a team and work to tight deadlines.
