Residential Conveyancer Job Top 100 Law Firm - Bristol - £30,000 - £40,000

This leading, highly respected Bristol law firm are looking for a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with solid residential property experience. This is an excellent opportunity to progress and develop your career. The role will involve managing a varied residential property caseload, including purchases, sales, leases and re-mortgages, working with a range of clients. You will work closely with a small team of residential property case handlers and assistants.

What you'll need to succeed
You will possess a detailed understanding of property law generally, maintaining and building upon existing excellent client relationships and will be a Qualified Solicitor, Legal executive or Licensed Conveyancer, ideally 1+ PQE. You will possess experience of managing a residential property caseload including purchases, sales, right to buy, leases, re-mortgages and working with a range of clients.
