This leading, highly respected Bristol law firm are looking for a Residential Property Partner with solid residential property experience to join their busy team. This is an excellent opportunity to progress your career; this position has come about due to the continued growth of the firm and increased demand for the development within the Residential Property team.

You will need attention to detail to ensure a high quality service to clients from the very outset. You will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to clients, increase commercial awareness, promote the reputation and services of the firm, consistently aspire for profitable growth, take responsibility for personal development, support other members of the team, develop new business and participate in marketing activities including networking events, presentations, publishing articles and preparing tenders.

What you'll need to succeed
You will possess a detailed understanding of property law generally, maintaining and building upon existing excellent client relationships and will be a Qualified Solicitor, Legal executive or Licensed Conveyancer. You will possess substantial experience of managing a residential property caseload including a variety of files, and working with a range of clients.
