My client are an international law firm with offices across the UK, Middle East, and Asia. They have a first-class reputation and have established themselves as market leaders across several practice areas.
The partners have been with the firm for almost 20 years, spending over a decade in the UK and then relocating to Bahrain to support the firm's GCC expansion. They have been involved in landmark transactions since setting up the Bahrain office across the areas of corporate structuring, corporate finance, joint venture agreements, M&A, corporate governance, capital markets, funds, and various other commercial contracts.
Key requirements:
- 3+PQE
- Excellent drafting skills
- Training/experience within a reputable corporate practice
- E&W/Aus/NZ qualified
The firm have relocated numerous lawyers to the Bahrain office and are willing to consider those who are not currently in the country/region.
