An excellent opportunity has arisen at a Magic Circle law firm based in Birmingham for a paralegal.

The law firm is working on an exciting project and are seeking a team of paralegals to conduct due diligence and review contracts for a large and complex transaction.

Ideally they are seeking a paralegal who has completed their law degree or GDL and who has at least 3 months experience with either due diligence or reviewing contracts. The LPC would be an advantage, but is not essential for the role.

There is also another project starting next week for a paralegal in the litigation team where they do not require as much experience.

For this paralegal role they are seeking someone with excellent academics, A’s and B’s at A-Level and a 2.1 for example. Some office experience would be an advantage, but again not essential for the role.

The roles at this top law firm tend to be for 4-6 weeks initially and then as another project arises you will be moved onto it. They have also taken on some of the temps permanently.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a paralegal who has either secured a training contract already and looking to gain some experience to hit the ground running as a trainee, or an aspiring future trainee who is looking for experience to enhance their applications.
