An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and talented paralegal seeking a part-time role.

The company are a well-known national company and are highly regarded in the legal sector. They are a social enterprise/charity focussed company and they provide advice to individuals on a range of matters including advice if they have issues with landlords, their consumer rights against companies and employment rights.

This role is in the central legal team and will work with two talented solicitors who have both trained in Silver Circle law firms. The paralegal can look forward to a varied and interesting role including drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, sponsorship and funding agreements, advising on intellectual property (IP) related work, including trade marks and copyright, and data protection.

There is a caring and supportive working environment and the successful paralegal can look forward to a high level of autonomy and can take ownership over their work. It is a great opportunity for a paralegal with a few years experience who is keen to take on NQ/junior solicitor type work.

Due to the level of experience the paralegal can look forward to, it is anticipated you will have at least a years experience of drafting and negotiating contracts.

The paralegal role is part time, 18 hours a week, and they are flexible to if this 3 full days, or 5 shorter days for example.
