The work involves handling a varied caseload of commercial property matters including but not limited to joint ventures, landed estates and development work acquisitions and disposals of commercial properties, landlord and tenant matters and more.

We are looking to hear from candidates who are NQ, or have up to 15 years PQE. However, this is given purely as a guideline and candidates who fall outside of this bracket, yet can demonstrate the technical ability and enthusiasm for the role are also encouraged to apply.

This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for a solicitor who is keen to gain exposure to quality commercial property work and the team's broad coverage will provide a solid foundation for a career in commercial property.
