Commercial Property Solicitor - Coventry
Salary: Up to £45K

They build their reputation for quality service and efficiency developed with our clients over many years. They have been awarded the Legal Aid franchise in Family Law. This allows them to act under the Legal Aid system for those who are eligible for funding and ensures that the service provided to all of our clients is of the highest standard.
The Role
Commercial Property Solicitors - full time or (Part time hours will be considered.
Salary will be dependent on experience.
Commercial property solicitor required for our busy dept. You will be joining the dept. to help `lighten the load` and also have an opportunity to grow.
Essential Requirements
Must be qualified solicitors - minimum 1 year PQE
There are great opportunities for the right candidate.

Key Skills
The l candidate should have experience of:
• Commercial Leases.
• Options.
• Promotion Agreements.
• Sale of development site
• Advising clients on issues relating to commercial landlord and tenant.
• Sale and Purchase of commercial property.
• Either experience of or willingness to learn about agricultural properties and tenancies
You will need to have good client relation skills and ideally have a minimum 1 year PQE.
