Legal Analyst (ISDA Negotiator) - German Speaking

Our Client is one of Asia's largest commodities and trading Company with a network of offices in UK, US and Asia. They are looking for a German speaking ISDA negotiator to join the Legal team in their London office as a Legal Analyst.

Ideal candidate will be fluent in German and have at least 2-3 years of experience in ISDA and of negotiating other agreements, especially Rahmenverträge)

The main duties will include:

• negotiating and arranging execution of all agreements (principally ISDA & FIA Master Agreements) for the client and to provide legal advice and ancillary services when needed
• Negotiating and arranging execution of all agreements in foreign language and in foreign law when required
• Doing legal research for successful completion of tasks
• Coordinating with different business units to obtains terms and approvals necessary for agreements
