Ideally you will have 0-2 years PQE with a solid track record in working on commercial Real Estate matters including non-contentious Landlord and Tenant issues. You will also have experience of asset management work.

The Ideal Candidate-

- Ideally between 0-2 years post qualification banking and finance experience

- Ability to draft and negotiate facility agreements, security documents and related CPs.

- Experience of project managing a finance transaction

- A good understanding of key Real Estate and Finance concepts and an appreciation and awareness of the Real Estate Finance market.

- Experience of working in a team on projects/ transactions.

key Responsibilities

You will have the opportunity to:

· Take the lead and project manage Real Estate Finance transactions.
· Mentor more junior associates and paralegals.
· Assist in the structuring of transactions.
· Draft and negotiate credit, security, inter-creditor and corporate documents.

· Mortgage portfolio sales/acquisitions.
