This is an opportunity to join a well respected, flourishing law firm in either a full time or part time capacity as a Residential Property Paralegal or Legal Assistant.

The Role

Because this firm are expanding, they are looking for a Residential Property Legal Assistant or Paralegal to join their thriving Residential Property Department in St Leonards, East Sussex, in a role that is open to both part time or full time work.

The firm are relaxed, friendly, and the employees often go to each other's birthday celebrations or take their children to social events, arts and crafts.
You will work in a close knit team, working on a varied and interesting case load of Residential Property cases, which account for the majority of the firm's work and turnover. You will have a chance to progress your career in this firm; they believe in meritocracy and rewarding its staff for billing or performing well.
You will provide assistance to excellent Residential Property Solicitors, and be required to work on a varied and exciting case load with and without supervision. You will be given the support and tools to manage your case load, and to build a base of connections of estate agents.

Requirements:

• You will be a Residential Property Paralegal or Legal Assistant
• The successful Paralegal or Legal Assistant will ideally have evidence of meeting billings targets
• The successful Paralegal or Legal Assistant will work well in a team, and independently
• The successful Paralegal or Legal Assistant will have a good eye for detail
