DEFENDANT RTA PARALEGAL
MERSEYSIDE/ CHESHIRE BORDER
A specialist Personal Injury practice located on the Merseyside/ Cheshire border are currently seeking to add to their defendant motor team.
They are seeking an RTA Paralegal with experience of handling own caseload of claims on behalf of motor insurers.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of one years experience dealing with defendant RTA claims including both MOJ and non MOJ cases, including litigated matters.
Experience dealing with fraud allegations & credit hire would also be an advantage.
