The corporate and commercial department within this firm is renowned and has long standing experience of working with corporate, commercial, tax, banking and employment work at all levels. The team represent financial institutions, SME's, owner managed businesses and PLC's.

The Role

The Corporate Paralegal role will include;

• providing a mixture of paralegal and administrative support dealing with all aspects of corporate and some commercial work
• providing paralegal support on corporate transactions including, document production and managing due diligence exercises
• preparation of board minutes, Companies House Forms and other ancillary documents
• carrying out post-completion administration
• Any other adhoc duties

Previous experience of Companies Forms and Companies House filing and a knowledge of the Companies Act 2006 would be extremely desirable. The firm are looking for someone who has a desire to exceed client expectations, has strong negotiation and communication skills and have the ability to build rapport with colleagues and clients alike.
