Conveyancing Legal Assistant - Excellent Training & Development

A very strong multi-office regional practice is benefiting from a surge of instructions following its expansion and so is eager to appoint an additional Legal Assistant to the firms' office in South Birmingham to provide support and assistance to the firms' Residential Property Solicitors.

This well-established firm has offices throughout the West Midlands and is well known for being one of the regions' stronger offerings, having forged solid links with local businesses and individuals. The practice is particularly proud of having gained a reputation for serving the local community due to it being able to offer the full spectrum of legal services and it is held in high regard within the locality, particularly as the firms' residential property offering is the largest practice area within the business.

The practice continues to enjoy a sustained increase in instructions and market share and now wishes to add a Residential Conveyancing Legal Assistant to the Conveyancing Team to provide significant support to senior practitioners within the team. You will ideally have a minimum of 12 months' experience of working within the residential property sector and will have had exposure to sales and purchases, registered and unregistered land and freehold and leasehold matters. Any new builds experience and/or title checking experience would be desirable but is by no means a prerequisite. What is important is that you have experience of working with a case management system, are ambitious, enthusiastic and have a desire to progress your career within residential property whilst also being articulate, confident and being able to provide a first-class client service.

On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package which includes a very generous holiday allowance, but what is pertinent to know is that the firm really will invest in you in relation to your professional development to the extent that you will benefit not just from regular internal training but the firm will also fund any relevant professional courses as well allowing you to progress your career swiftly.

This is the ideal opportunity for someone who is looking to specialise within residential conveyancing and who is keen to enhance their skills very quickly in order to forge a long-term career within the wider property sector so for more information on this Legal Assistant Residential Conveyancing opportunity please contact Matt Robinson at QED Legal.
