Group Legal Counsel

A multinational conglomerate with diverse operations and truly global focus is seeking a Group Legal Counsel for its EMEA HQ on an initial 6 month FTC with view to perm.

Reporting to the Group General Counsel you will use your experience as a Commercial Lawyer to:

- draft and negotiate a broad range of complex commercial agreements including technology, IT, data and procurement contracts

- structuring strategic, cross-jurisdictional arrangements

- licensing of digital and IT platforms

- providing general commercial, IT, IP advice to the business

This role is suited to a 5+ year PQE commercial lawyer with previous experience in the technology or telco sector. You will have trained in a top tier firm and be able to demonstrate strong technical skills in addtion to having a commercial and proactive approach.
