The Role

The firm are looking for a Commercial Property Paralegal to join this nationally regarded and acclaimed law firm in Maidstone, Kent.

The Commercial Property team deals with London quality work, in planning, construction, environmental and regulatory services, dealing with high quality transactional work for commercial clients, investors and developers.
The firm have a long and fruitful heritage, and as such have forged very good links in the property and business sectors; on top of this they embrace technology, and are leaders in their field.

You will work alongside high quality Solicitors and Partners, and learn from the very best in the industry.

You will run basic commercial property transactions, deal with exchange, completion and post completion work as well as SDLT forms, run plot sales transactions, liaising with clients other side's solicitors, and general assistance with property searches and investigation on title.

Requirements

• You will have 2+ years experience in Commercial Property
• You will be very personable
• You will ideally have some experience in residential property work, although not essential
• You will be a strong team player
