Commercial Lawyer, charity

Charity seeks a commercial lawyer for an initial three month contract.

You will assist the Head of Legal Services on a range of matters, encompassing commercial contracts (supply contracts, partnerships, IP), restructuring, charity law and more.

There is a strong chance that the role will develop into a permanent position – should this be of interest.
