This is a fantastic opportunity for Residential Conveyancer to join a long established and reputable law firm who have offices across Merseyside and Wirral. This role is based on the outskirts of Liverpool. The role may involve travel to other offices from time to time also, and therefore it is essential you hold a full driving license and your own transport.
The firm’s Residential Property team are accredited by the Law Society as having CQS status (Conveyancing Quality Scheme). The team has vast experience dealing with sale or purchase of property, buy to let, new builds, right to buy, shared ownership, sale and purchase of land and the Government’s Help to Buy scheme, re-mortgage, equity release and change of ownership.

They are paying a competitive package in the region of £25,000 - £33,000 dependent on level of experience.
The role
You will be a Residential Conveyancer with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in this area. Applications are invited from both qualified and non-qualified Fee Earners.
The role would suit an ambitious individual with solid experience of dealing with a full range of Residential Conveyancing matters. Work will include buying and selling, mortgages and re-mortgages and change of ownership. You will also be keen on networking to retain the profile of the firm.
