1-5 PQE real estate solicitor sought by London property team | Up to £75K

A highly regarded City practice are seeking a real estate / commercial property solicitor to join their Real Estate Development team in London. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a firm that has a stellar reputation in the Real Estate sector.

Your new role

Working as part of this high-profile team, the property solicitor will give advice on draft s106's, conditional contracts, development agreements and potential title problems through to legal completion.

Additionally, you will assist with the management and development of junior fee earners and will also work closely with a partner within the team.

What you’ll need to succeed

Applications are invited from 1-5PQE real estate and commercial property solicitors. You should have a strong academic track record and a commercially aware, pro-active approach to client care. Candidates with general Commercial Property experience who are keen to specialise in Real Estate Development are encouraged to apply.

Perks of the role

The successful real estate solicitor will be offered an experience dependent salary of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, plus benefits and plenty of room for career development.
