RTA MOJ Portal Fee Earner

This is a fantastic opportunity for an RTA MOJ Portal Fee Earner to join a very well-established Personal Injury firm based in Merseyside. The offices are situated close to St Helens. The firm is located near excellent motorway links and offers free parking. Due to the location of the firm it is better if you drive.

My client is recognised nationally as one of the leading Personal Injury Solicitors and the firm’s specialisms include RTA, Clinical Negligence, Industrial Disease, Catastrophic Injury and EL/PL claims.

Salary is in the region of £18,000 - £24,000 depending on experience. In addition, the firm also offer excellent bonus based on profit costs.

The role

You will be experienced and confident in running a case load of RTA matters from stages 1-3 of the portal including the issue of stage 3 proceedings. This will include dealing with CNFs, reviewing medical evidence, settling claims and proceeding through to stage 3 hearings if required. It is therefore essential you have MOJ Portal experience.

You will be familiar with using a case management system and will also have knowledge of the MOJ processes.

You will be a hardworking and dynamic individual with an eye for detail. You will be able to work within a fast-paced environment and will be able to work to tight deadlines. You will be committed to providing excellent levels of service and client care.
