Rare opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join thriving Newcastle law firm at Partnership level.

You will be working in a reputable firm and bean experienced Solicitor looking to take the next step into a partnership position.
The team handles a broad range of commercial property transactions including the sale and acquisition of land and buildings together with conditional contracts, developments (from site assembly to subsequent plot sales), option and pre-emption agreements and commercial property investments.
You will be responsible for providing expert legal adfvice on all aspects of the commercial landlord and tenant relationship, from new leases with ancillary documents to renewal leases and underlettings.
Salary dependant on experience, plus benefits.
