Learning & Development Adviser - £35-£42,000 – Chancery Lane

This award winning Patent & Trademark Attorneys are looking to recruit an experienced Learning & Development Adviser to help co-ordinate both internal and external training for both their professional and business support staff. It’s working within a superb HR team but you would be responsible for Learning & Development function dealing directly with the Attorneys on a wide variety of courses so you must be confident liaising directly at a senior level. In addition to co-ordinating the qualification process for attorneys you will also be responsible for staff inductions and the firms excellent intern programme. Previous Learning & Development experience is essential but this can be for as little as 2 years. Salary is negotiable to a maximum of around £42,000 depending on experience.
