RTA SOLICITOR / LEGAL EXECUTIVE / LITIGATION EXECUTIVE - MANCHESTER
Personal injury solicitor or legal executive - Our client, a highly respected national insurance litigation law firm is looking to hire an experienced personal injury solicitor with litigated fast track RTA experience to strengthen their growing defendant motor team. Legal executives as well as solicitors will be considered.
KEY FACTS
- Job Title: Personal Injury Solicitor / Legal Executive / Paralegal (Litigated fast track RTA)
- Location: Manchester
- Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
- Reports to: Partner
- Previous Experience: 1 to 5 years PQE as a personal injury solicitor with litigated RTA experience preferably from a defendant insurance litigation background, though claimant experience will be considered, provided candidates can demonstrate a solid litigated environment.
THE DEFENDANT MOTOR TEAM
The defendant motor team has witnessed a period of sustained growth over the past eighteen months with the intention of becoming one of the leading teams in the Manchester insurance litigation market. A series of internal promotions of other solicitors within the insurance litigation team have led to a number of exciting opportunities within the personal injury RTA department.
The personal injury department is now on a recruitment drive with a view to hiring a number of personal injury solicitors and more junior fee earners with defendant motor experience to grow and develop the RTA insurance litigation practice.
THE ROLE IN CONTEXT
This particular role is within the defendant RTA insurance litigation team, which is currently recruiting a personal injury solicitor or personal injury legal executive with litigated experience. Their primary responsibility will be to assist with the growing caseload of fast track defendant motor claims as the team continues to grow.
However, there is also an opportunity to guide and supervise the more junior members of the insurance litigation team as well as the less experienced personal injury fee earners.
Ideally our client is looking for ambitious, motivated personal injury solicitors or legal executives with litigated defendant motor experience and who are already used to handling their own caseload. Furthermore, applicants should be able to demonstrate:
keen attention to detail and commitment to client service the ability to work autonomously as well as in a team; the ability to meet key targets; and a commitment to developing a long term career in this area of law.
OPPORTUNITIES TO PROGRESS WITHIN THE PERSONAL INJURY PRACTICE
Our client maintains a strong commitment to encouraging home-grown talent to rise through the ranks of the firm. Although this personal injury solicitor role is a hands-on fee earning role, there is a clear route for talented, ambitious individuals to develop their careers within the insurance litigation practice.
Furthermore, the level of on-going training is outstanding with a key focus on personal development as well as technical knowhow. Finally, these roles offer an excellent salary and benefits package designed to attract the very best candidates.
