I am currently recruiting for a fantastic Legal 500 Law Firm based in the Nottingham area who are currently recruiting for a Personal Injury Chartered Legal Executive who has experience in dealing with large volumes of EL/PL Portal and Non-Portal claims from inception to completion.
The Ideal candidate will have knowledge of:
- Personal injury Protocols and Law Value Personal Injury claims.
- The pre-action Protocol for Personal Injury Claims.
- Relevant primary and secondary legislation and case law.
The ability to:
- Handle EL/PL claims from start to finish with minimal supervision.
- Generate your own correspondence/ documents.
- Use of case management systems.
The ideal candidate:
- Qualified chartered legal executive.
- Ambitious and wishing to advance in career.
