Senior Company Secretary- Franklin Templeton Investments, Edinburgh

Franklin Templeton Investments are a global leader in Asset Management, serving clients in over 180 countries with over $700 billion in assets under management globally across Equities, Fixed Income, Multi-Asset Strategies and Alternatives.

They are currently looking to identify a commercially focused Company Secretary to lead the Company Secretarial team than numbers another three members in the Edinburgh Office.

The covers both supporting London Stock Exchange Listed Investment Trusts and Luxembourg based OEIC’s as well as the boards of up to 20 internal group companies, both regulated and unregulated.

Candidates sought will ideally be a Company Secretary within Financial Services with strong knowledge of EU Corporate Governance Matters and Financial Services Regulations. They could also be a Lawyer with strong commercial experience and relevant asset management exposure.

They should also have commercial flair with strong prioritisation and inter personal skills, able to manage a number of stakeholders at any one time and be able to think on their feet.

Compensation, comprising Base Salary and Discretionary Bonus will be highly competitive.
