A top-rated boutique law firm in London are looking to appoint an experienced partner to their corporate team. All major legal directories recommend this Corporate Practice, including PLC Which Lawyer, Legal 500 and Chambers.

The role and responsibilities

This is a general corporate role and the focus of your practice will include:

• Mergers & Acquisitions
• AIM & Capital Markets
• Private equity and Venture Capital
• Joint ventures
• Inward investment
• Partnerships

You will work closely with other departments including litigation, tax, competition, regulatory, employment and commercial technology groups.

Requirements

There would be a need for the successful corporate partner to bring business with them, circa £800,000, and in return they can offer you full equity.

It is essential that candidates are England and Wales qualified lawyers with extensive corporate experience.

While there is no set PQE level for this role, the firm imagine a corporate lawyer with at least 5 or 6 years of solid experience will have the skillset and clients required to fill this partner position.

Salary and contract

This corporate partner role is paying up to £150,000 per year and is offered on a permanent, full-time basis.
