Healthcare Regulatory Solicitor

Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment are now recruiting for a Regulatory Solicitor in advising medical practitioners in proceedings by the GMC before the MPTS.

The role will involve managing a caseload including representing medical practitioners before the IOP, advising public bodies, advising on Court of Protection proceedings and applications for Judicial Review and conducting advocacy at Inquests, public law hearings and PII applications,

The successful candidate will have detailed experience within Health and Social care law. Advocacy experience would be desirable. You will also be required to get involved with business development.
