Banking Lawyer/Structured Finance Lawyer – Major Offshore law firm – Cayman Islands

This market leading offshore law firm has a particularly strong reputation for the strength of its Banking & Finance practice, nowhere more so than in the Cayman Islands. As part of its planned growth, it is seeking to hire one or two lawyers with strong experience of Structured Finance/ Debt Capital Markets or general Banking and Finance work.

The successful applicants will have at least three years’ pqe and will be qualified in the UK/Commonwealth (for work permit reasons). A strong, relevant track record of handling high-valie finance work in a leading City or equivalent law firm is essential.
