Corporate/Funds Lawyers (x2) – Major Offshore law firm – Hong Kong

This top-tier offshore law firm has committed to growing its well-established Hong Kong team through the addition of two Corporate/Funds Lawyers, one with Mandarin language skills and one where languages are not required. You will be advising China/Asia based clients on a full range of Cayman and BVI corporate/funds law. Great opportunities for career development.

You are likely to have at least two years’ pqe gained with a leading City/International law firm and ideally including some prior exposure to funds work (although a corporate lawyer with an interest in this area will be considered). You will be qualified in the UK/Australia/Hong Kong.
