My client, a leading European specialist law firm, is looking to hire a Learning and Development Advisor to join their London office on a permanent basis.
The Learning & Development Advisor will coordinate and advise on a range of Learning & Development solutions within the firm and this a great opportunity for an experienced coordinator looking to take a step up.
The key duties will include:
- Coordinate and manage existing Learning and Development activities
- Conduct research to develop the L&D function, identify solutions and promote new training initiatives
- Review and evaluate existing programmes
- Be the primary contact for all training enquiries
- Work closely with specialist trainers and external providers to build strong relationships
- Manage projects end to end
The Learning & Development Advisor must be educated to degree level and will have previous experience in an L&D role. The right candidate will be able to communicate in a clear and effective manner and have excellent organisational skills. They will be proactive and a self-starter who will be able to fit in with the team. Proficient IT skills are essential as well as considerable attention to detail.
