A fixed term contract role, due to start as soon as possible, working at a very highly respected financial services advisory based in the west end.
Broad range of commercial work and the opportunity to work closely with the General Counsel.

Our client are a well-respected, family-owned financial advisory business based in West London - with work ranging from investment management, private banking, private equity, corporate finance and fund administration.
Description
This role is for a commercial lawyer to work closely with the General Counsel & Chief Administrative Officer to advise on a broad range of commercial and investment management related work, including:
- Drafting, reviewing & negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements, including investment management agreements;
- Dealing with service level and outsourcing agreements;
- Reviewing financial promotions and marketing materials;
- Undertaking a variety of compliance work, primarily surrounding the FCA handbook.
Profile
The successful commercial lawyer will have a good background of advising on a range of legal agreements and have previous experience working in-house within financial services, ideally investment management.
The ability to start immediately would be a real benefit, but candidates on flexible notice periods will also be considered.
