£60,000 - £70,000
Construction Litigation Solicitor – This niche, multi office construction & procurement practice with a strong international presence have asked us to assist them in finding a further litigator solicitor to join them at their Kent office.
Our client has specified that they require a solicitor with 5 years PQE and preferably a strong background in Court proceedings, previous experience of construction litigation would also be an advantage however training and development will be given.
You will be managing a busy caseload of contentious and non-contentions construction including construction dispute management, claims analysis and negotiation, procurement policies and strategies as well advising on EU procurement law.
They are interested in candidates, who can stick to tight deadlines, assist in business development activities and who are happy to travel; as working abroad and visiting the other offices from time to time is essential.
