What you’ll bring to the team
To succeed in this corporate legal counsel role, you’ll need:
- At least 5 years of PQE gained at a reputable firm known for their corporate and private equity work.
- Experience across all aspects of private equity and funds.
- Understanding of how changes in legislation in any relevant area of law will impact the UK private equity industry.
