Personal Injury Solicitor (NQ+).
Are you a personal injury solicitor who is looking for a new opportunity? Would you like to work within a leading personal injury firm who have a presence across Scotland? If so, my client is looking for talented personal injury solicitors (NQ+) to join their ambitious team - this role can be based in their Edinburgh or Glasgow office.
Ideally you will have had experience in working within personal injury (either pursuer or defender) and handling your own caseload - RTA/EL/PL/OL etc. Advocacy experience and familiarity with Simple Procedure, Summary Cause, Ordinary Cause, All-Scotland Sheriff Personal Injury Court (ASPIC) or Court of Session procedure would also be highly desirable.
