REAL ESTATE - PARALEGAL - GUILDFORD
A Legal 500 firm are looking for a Property Paralegal with to work in their Guildford based practice. The Firm is well established, with an excellent reputation in the local area and have several offices across London & Surrey. They offer market leading training and great career prospects.
This is an excellent position for a candidate who is near the start of their legal career. I am recruiting for a Property Paralegal to assist an expanding team at a well established Guildford law firm, working on both Commercial and Residential transactions. You will support the team who handle a wide range of work, from standard sales and purchases, to development and new build work.
While experience in Real Estate work is preferred for this position, it is not essential as training will be given. You must have strong academics, excellent organisational skills, great presentation and a desire to succeed in legal practice. Training is important to the firm and you will get help when needed and have the chance to continuously develop your expertise. This firm are committed to the development of their staff, so it is a great opportunity for an aspiring solicitor.
