Description:
We currently have a vacancy for a Commercial Property/Residential Solicitor to work in a very busy Conveyancing Department in Bolton.
This position requires:
Experience of Commercial Property and small business transactions is essential along with purchase/sale transactions and leases. The successful applicant must be comfortable networking and developing work. A DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check will be undertaken by the firm for the successful applicant.
Salary: NegotiableHours: 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. - Monday to Friday (1 Hour Lunch)
Holidays: 25 days holiday per year (pro rata with commencement date) plus Bank Holidays and an accrual system after 2 years.
The ideal candidate will be able to work with minimum supervision and also be confident leading a team.
