Corporate Responsibility & Diversity Advisor

My client is a leading international law firm looking to recruit a Corporate Responsibility & Diversity Advisor on a permanent basis.

The CR & Diversity Advisor will report into the Corporate Responsibility & Diversity Manager and support the delivery of the firm’s international CR Strategy.

The key duties will include:

• Having responsibility for the Corporate Responsibility & Diversity award submissions and producing the relevant reports
• Organising the delivery of the firm’s social inclusion programmes
• Leading the CR supplier engagement and partnering initiatives
• Planning and delivering internal and external CR & Diversity events
• Supporting the CR & Diversity Manager to develop and deliver training materials to build knowledge, awareness and understanding of diversity issues
• Coordinating the internal CR communication plan including CR blogs, CR notices and updating the intranet and website content
• Supervising the HR Team Administrator

The CR & Diversity Advisor will be a graduate with at least 3 years’ relevant CR & Diversity experience, ideally gained within a professional services environment. They will have excellent written skills and a genuine passion for CR & Diversity. The Advisor will also have excellent communication and organisational skills as well as the ability to prioritise work and adapt working plans appropriately.
