Boutique city-based asset management company seeking a financial services lawyer to join legal team in London.
You will advise on a very broad range of matters including a wide range of contracts (funds/FS and generalist commercial contracts), advise on regulatory and compliance matters affecting the business (working closely with the compliance team) and advise on other matters including litigation and data privacy.
Experience in the investment management or wider financial services industries is ideal. Highly business facing role requiring excellent communication ad teamwork skills.
