French-speaking Company Secretarial Assistant.
 
My national client who has multiple offices across the UK has a unique opportunity for a French-speaking Company Secretary to join their London-based team. The role would be suitable for someone with a very high level of French, both written and spoken.
 
Your key responsibilities will include:
 
-drafting Company Secretarial documents
-preparing and filing forms at Companies House
-preparing compliance diaries
-setting up and updating electronic data rooms for clients
-using the Blueprint software to incorporate companies limited by shares, guarantee and limited liability partnerships
-setting up and updating statutory registers
-preparing routine correspondence to Companies House
-undertaking Companies House searches
-dealing by telephone and in correspondence both in French and in English with queries on company secretarial matters
-undertaking legal research
-assisting the French Group manager on instructions received from French clients
