A top 100 city law firm are looking to recruit a talented shipping lawyer, c2 yr PQE, to support a renowned Partner. Contentious shipping experience is essential as the partner represents and advises various ship owners, steel manufacturers, oil companies, charterers, commodity suppliers and wealthy individuals in relation to various disputes. The firm has a reputation for being innovative and they are a dominant market force in the litigation arena. They are looking for an ambitious and driven lawyer, with excellent communication and client skills, to assist this well-known partner with their heavy workload of impressive international clients.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly expanding firm and gain exposure to many aspects of shipping law. Ideally, the client is looking for an associate c2 yr pqe with a contentious shipping background however if you have strong general commercial litigation experience and a genuine desire to move into a shipping role, please do make an application.
