One of the largest conveyancing law firms in the country are looking to add an experienced conveyancer to their home working team, which is going through continued expansion nationally.
The firm specialises in a volume conveyancing approach, and have perfected the process over the many years they have been established, which has lead to their huge success.
With regionally based offices, they are now looking to appoint new experienced residential conveyancers who would like to work within a high performing, fast paced and home based role.
You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of conveyancing transactions, including: Complex matters, shared ownership, new build, right to buy and remortgages. Maintaining focus on client service/care and handling queries throughout the process.
In order to benefit from this rare conveyancing solicitor opportunity, you will be an experienced conveyancer who is well accustomed to managing a caseload of 100+ residential property files from start to finish with minimal support. You will either be a Conveyancing Solicitor with at least 5 years’ experience.
