The Role:
This role would suit a Family Solicitor looking to make the next move in their career for a candidate with a superb knowledge of private family law and a strong record of business development to drive the family department forward.
The Family Department deals with the full spectrum of private family work including divorce and the financial aspects of marriage breakdown, as well as pre-nuptial and co-habitation agreements. You will concentrate on dispute resolution and will be dealing with your own caseload. In particular you will focus on mid and HNW financial cases with some private child issues.
The role mainly consists of mid to high net worth cases with some private children matters.
Requirements:
- You will be a Family Solicitor with 5+ years of previous experience
- Good knowledge of private family law
- Strong business development experience
- Good client care skills
- A car and driving licence are essential
